Orlando photographers shoot a mix of local weddings and destination couples who fly in for the theme parks, the lakes and the resorts. That variety makes a fast, repeatable album workflow especially valuable.
A market with two kinds of clients
Local couples want an album they can show to family at home. Destination couples are often thinking about how to take the memory back with them, and they may be less patient with a long production schedule. Both groups respond to clear options and a timeline.
Make your offering simple and set expectations early. A short statement about when proofs arrive and when printing begins reassures clients who live far away, and it reduces back-and-forth emails after the shoot.
A good habit is to ask every client how they plan to share the photographs once they are home. Their answer tells you whether a large heirloom album, a magazine for the family or a gift for the parents is the right product to suggest, and it turns a sales pitch into a helpful conversation.
Designing in a browser
You can design client albums online, in the same designer couples use. Upload your selects, let Smart Auto-Layout build each spread, and edit anything you like. Every page is previewed before it is printed.
Orlando is busy, with weekday sessions and weekend weddings. Working in a browser lets you build a draft between events, and you can return to it later without any software to install or update.
Packages and pricing
Prices include 15 spreads and a photo cover. Classic 12×24 and 16×24 start at $240, lay-flat from $275. The 15×30 is $300 classic and $335 lay-flat, and the 20×30 is $340 classic and $375 lay-flat.
Extra spreads run $8 to $18 depending on size and binding, with up to 40 in total. Leather covers add $25 and acrylic adds $39. Add your own design time and markup, and present the final price as a single package.
Remember to include enough spreads. Fifteen spreads is a starting point, and many full-day weddings need 20 or more to tell the story properly. Showing a client a draft with the extra spreads and explaining the small per-spread cost makes it easy for them to say yes to a more complete book.
Resort, theme-park and lake backdrops
Orlando weddings include resort ballrooms, lakeside gardens in places like Winter Park, and themed settings that couples choose for personal reasons. Each has its own visual character and deserves layouts that fit it.
Let the setting inform your sample spreads. A wide lakeside sunset works across two pages in a lay-flat album, while a candid family moment may be better in a smaller grid. Showing both gives clients a sense of what is possible. One scheduling note for central Florida: from June through September the afternoon thunderstorm is close to a daily event, so build the portrait window around it rather than hoping it holds off.
Magazines and gifts
A 20-page wedding magazine at $70 is a good add-on. It is an 8.5×11 inch editorial piece with 15 original styles, and it is easy to ship to relatives who could not travel to Florida.
A magazine is an easy thing to put in front of the parents at the album handoff, and because it designs quickly from the same selects it adds little to your production time.
Think about the follow-up as well. A short thank-you note after delivery, with an invitation to order a parent copy or a magazine, keeps the relationship warm once the files are handed over.
Getting started
The photographers page covers using the online designer for client work. A dedicated trade program is not open yet, so for now you order at the standard prices and set your own client pricing. Printing takes 5 to 7 business days after approval and payment, and orders ship with tracking. If a book arrives with a print or binding defect, transit damage, or anything that does not match the approved proof, report it within 14 days of delivery for a free reprint or a full refund. The refunds page has the full terms.
Since Folio Forever is based in Florida, you are working with a studio in your home state, and it ships to every state for clients who live elsewhere. For questions, the contact page is the quickest route.
If your work includes elopements and resort weddings, build a small pre-set of two or three spread styles that suit smaller photo counts. Having those ready makes it quicker to turn around a book for a couple who only has a few hundred images.
